Program planning for Girl Scouts in eastern Massachusetts occurred before the Feb 1 formation of GSEM. When the three legacy councils merged, their programs merged with them into one large, varied and exciting offering of events.  

All GSEM members are welcome at all programs, regardless of community or legacy council.  Individuals are welcome at most multi-troop programs.
